How it Works

Initial 90 minute Consultation
$100

As the old saying goes, “If you really want to make a friend, go to someone's house and eat with him.” During this initial consultation, we will get to know one another and go over food preferences, health and fitness goals, day-to-day schedules and your general lifestyle to help create a plan that is perfect for you. Prior to our consultation, I will send you a Food & Lifestyle Questionnaire which you will send back to me before we meet. This will help me create first-draft menu ideas to review with you. This time will also allow me to take inventory of your kitchen supplies.

Menu Development

After our consultation, I will create a proposed menu (which may include breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and send to you via email for feedback, special requests or changes. I will also send you your total cost (minus groceries) so you can make adjustments, if needed. This is the time to speak up if you have items on your menu that you want to see less of, more of or omitted. I do strive to change menu items seasonally, but we can absolutely make modifications as we go.

Grocery Shopping

On the day of your service, I head to the grocery store first thing in the morning getting all your necessary items. If you have additional food items you need at home, please give me a 24-hour notice and I will be glad to add that to your grocery list.

Meal Prep

After the shopping is complete, I arrive at your home at our designated time and start cooking! I prepare, cook, package and label all your meals – healthy convenience at it’s finest! Reheating instructions (if needed) will be provided. After cleaning your kitchen, I will send an invoice straight to your inbox.

*Grocery shopping and meal prep are available Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays or special circumstances.

And then some

I will check in during the week to see how things are going. Your feedback is always welcome and appreciated! During this time, I will also send a detailed nutritional analysis of each of your menu items. As a fellow dietitian once said, “The more you know, the more you can eat!” I strive to not only make this a tasty and positive experience for you, but an educational experience as well.
